Perkins Thompson's Condominium/Timeshare Practice Group has extensive experience in representing developers and lenders in all matters relating to the acquisition, development, permitting, construction, financing and sale of all types of condominiums and timeshare developments, including residential, resort, commercial and mixed use projects.

Examples of specific matters handled by the firm include: documentation of numerous residential condominiums, including high-rise "second home" projects as well as townhouse-style primary homes; creation of and ongoing representation regarding condominium or timeshare interests at two different major ski areas; creation of and ongoing representation regarding two timeshare resorts in the Republic of Ireland; preparing documents for a mixed-used residential condominium project with a "dockominium" component; reorganization of a campground into undivided interests in land with a homeowners association; providing legal assistance and documentation for the expansion of a partially-government-funded condominium providing housing for the elderly; and the creation of a number of planned unit developments.
