The firm's Insurance Practice Group concentrates on four areas of law. It represents carriers in the analysis of contracts of insurance and coverage litigation. It counsels insured persons on the scope of the rights and protection afforded by their policies of insurance. It represents and advises self-insured corporations with respect to liabilities as to which the client chooses to act as a self-indemnitor. It represents clients in matters within the regulatory jurisdiction of the Bureau of Insurance.
