The members of the Personal Injury Practice Group actively litigate the full range of personal injury cases, including complex products liability cases, in both state and federal courts. This Group often defends national corporations in multi-party complex product litigation. Additionally, it frequently represents plaintiffs in all types of personal injury litigation, including products liability, legal and medical malpractice actions. The Group's attorneys are active members of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and the Group maintains a strong presence in courtrooms throughout the State of Maine.
