Mr. Bopp's practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors' and debtors' rights. Mr. Bopp's experience also includes foreclosures, evictions, and repossessions, as well as the full spectrum of civil litigation. Mr. Bopp is a shareholder and director of PTH&K.

In addition to his advocacy work, Mr. Bopp is a neutral panelist on the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Panel, and is available for arbitration and mediation services.

Mr. Bopp is a member of the Cumberland County, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. Mr. Bopp is a member of the Maine State Bar Association's Bankruptcy & Reorganization Section, and a member of the American Bar Association sections on Business Law, Litigation, and Tort and Insurance Practice.

Mr. Bopp is a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association, and a former President of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Maine.
