Mr. Creswell is an associate attorney at Perkins, Thompson, having joined the firm in 2000 after serving in a series of clerkships for The Honorable Gene Carter and The Honorable David M. Cohen of the United States District Court for the District of Maine. Following his graduation from Quinnipiac College School of Law, J.D., cum laude, where he served as Associate Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review in 1996-1997, Mr. Creswell served as law clerk to the Connecticut Superior Court. Mr. Creswell is admitted to the bars of Connecticut and Maine, and he practices in the areas of bankruptcy/debtors' and creditors' rights, litigation/alternative dispute resolution, appellate practice, and maritime law. He presently serves as a director of the Cumberland Bar Association, and he is also a member of the both the American and Maine Bar Associations. Prior to moving to Portland, Mr. Creswell was a resident of the Town of Falmouth, and served on the Town of Falmouth Planning Board.
