Mr. Leddy is a shareholder/director of Perkins Thompson. He is also the keystone of the firm's real estate practice group, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Maine's real estate community to bear on real estate and financing matters for businesses and individuals throughout the state. Mr. Leddy assists timber companies, public utilities, commercial rental property owners, corporations, small businesses and individuals in a variety of transactions involving real estate issues.

Mr. Leddy is a member of the Town of Falmouth Planning Board, of which he is presently the Chair. Mr. Leddy is a member of the Real Estate and Title Standards Section of the Maine State Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Mr. Leddy is also a member of the Board of Directors and Clerk of Ronald McDonald House in Portland, Maine.

Mr. Leddy resides in Falmouth.
