Ms. Murphy concentrates her practice on real estate development and financing issues, and legal questions peculiar to condominium development. Ms. Murphy has been involved in a number of major real estate development projects, including a large condominium/timeshare project at a Maine ski area undertaken by an international hotel chain. Ms. Murphy has presented numerous seminars on condominium and real estate issues. Ms. Murphy is a director/shareholder of Perkins Thompson, and she has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.

Ms. Murphy is a member of the Town of Scarborough Open Space Committee, and Secretary of the League of Women Voters of Maine Education Fund.
