Mr. Poitras is an associate attorney at Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 1998, and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and the Hartford (Connecticut) County Bar Association. He is author of "Stone Slabs and Iron Men: The History of the Granite Industry of Deer Isle, Maine" (Deer Isle Granite Museum, 1997). Mr. Poitras is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Portland, Maine.
