Ms. Ray was previously Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for American Skiing Company, where she was involved in the initial public offering of stock in the company and in its acquisition of ski resorts in Utah, Colorado, California, and Nevada. She also represented the American Skiing Company's real estate division in its development of several interval and whole ownership condominium projects in both its eastern and western resorts. Prior to working with American Skiing Company, Ms. Ray was in private practice in Portland. Her current practice focuses on real estate development and financing, and business transactions.
