Mr. Schulten is a shareholder/director of Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm following his graduation from Harvard Law School in 1964. Mr. Schulten is primarily engaged in complex civil litigation on behalf of corporations. Mr. Schulten applies more than 30 years of litigation experience assisting companies with environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and other areas of litigation involving multiple plaintiffs and defendants.
