    Mr. Sheils is a shareholder/director of Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 1992 following a clerkship with the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. His practice includes advising corporations, financial institutions, educational institutions, and individuals on business and employment matters. Mr. Sheils has appeared before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

    Mr. Sheils is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Cumberland County Bar Association, in which he formerly served as second Vice President and as a member of the General Committee.
