Mr. Snow's primary practice focuses on the law of commercial transactions and financial institutions, with an emphasis on financial institutions and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, advising financial institutions and businesses on consumer credit regulatory matters, and representing business clients in both transactional and regulatory matters. Mr. Snow has also represented utilities regarding regulatory compliance, project financing, and other matters. Mr. Snow is a shareholder/director of Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 1991.

Mr. Snow's interests include maritime historical research and writing, and boat building. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, Consumer and Financial Institution Law section, and the Cumberland County Bar Association.
