Coming north on the Maine Turnpike, take I-295 north towards Portland. Take Exit 6A off of the Turnpike to Portland downtown. Proceed through the toll plaza and stay on 295, heading towards the City. Several miles after passing through the toll plaza take Exit 7, which is Route 1A, the Franklin Arterial.
Take a right off the exit ramp and up the hill into Portland. Proceed to the top of the hill and start down the other side. You will pass through several sets of lights before taking a right onto Fore Street. Fore Street is a cross street on the down-slope of the hill, just before Commercial Street, which runs along the waterfront.
On Fore Street, you will pass through a traffic light and then park in the first parking garage on your right (you can get a free parking stamp at our office, or at any one of a number of restaurants in the Old Port) after the traffic light. The parking garage is located on Fore Street between Exchange and Union Streets.
After parking in the garage, walk out the back entrance (you will have driven in through the front entrance) into the Key Bank Building (One Canal Plaza), which is the large office building on your left closest to the garage.
After entering the building, proceed to the end of the corridor and turn right at the end of the corridor to find a bank of elevators. Our office is located on the ninth floor. Call if you get lost or if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Coming south on I-295, take Exit 7, the "Franklin Arterial" exit, and follow the exit road up the hill into Portland. Proceed from there as described above.
